This service manual deals with all components or systems of the Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, except for the electrical system, which is covered in a Controller manual
Brake System
This device adjusts the drum-to-lining clearance automatically. As the clearance increases due to lining wear, the lever mechanism of this device turns the adjusting screw by one notch or tooth to reposition the shoes closer to the drum. This corresponds to 1/24 of one rotation or 15° . In the course of usage, the adjusting process repeats itself at long intervals.
