Refund Policy

At ManualBull, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Because our products include both physical and digital items, refund conditions differ depending on the type of product.

Physical Products 

If you purchased a physical item, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused and in its original packaging,

  • it is suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed using the original payment method within 2–7 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Digital Products

All digital repair manuals, service guides, and other downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • A duplicate order was placed by mistake.

  • The file is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at manualbull1@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and proof of payment.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
