We ensure that all shipments are securely packed and delivered within the estimated timeframes listed in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local postal fees in their country.

Digital Products

We also sell downloadable manuals and files (mainly in PDF format).
All digital products are sold for personal and educational use only and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
By purchasing digital products from ManualBull, you agree not to redistribute, resell, or share our materials publicly or privately without written authorization.
We ensure that all digital materials are distributed legally and comply with applicable copyright regulations.

4. Refunds and Returns

Physical Products

Physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, and

  • It is in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after return confirmation.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • A duplicate order was placed by mistake, or

  • The file is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
