Removal and installation of switching pump assembly
– When removing the switching pump assembly from the machine, prepare the following KIT parts since consumable parts such as hoses and O-rings must be replaced with new ones when installing the assembly.
Removal
– Before starting the removal work, be sure to perform the works described in "2. Preparatory work" and "3. Precautions during work" of "00-3 Safety notice."
1. Drain the hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic oil: Approx. 1,125
2. Open the upper step cover.
3. Disconnect hoses (1) and (2).
4. Disconnect hoses (3) and (4).
5. Remove U-bolt (5) and disconnect suction tube (6).
6. Disconnect hose (7).
7. Disconnect hoses (8) and (9).
8. Sling switching pump assembly (10), remove its mounting bolts, and lift it off.
