Manual Extract: Air-conditioning compressor – Remove
Park the machine on a level and firm surface.
Lower the working attachment to the ground.
Lower the blade and the stabilizers.
Activate the parking brake.
Lock the upper structure.
Stop the engine.
Gain access to the compressor opening the engine access doors.
Disconnect the intercooler hose (1) from radiator assy.
and from supports (2), removing the supports (3).
NOTICE: Before disconnect the air-conditioning pipes, make sure to have connected the recovery tool of gas R134A to the suitable adapter located on pipes of compressor.
Disconnect the pipes (4) and (5) from air-conditioning compressor (6).
Disconnect the electrical connector (7).
Loosen the belt (8) acting on screw (9).
Remove the screw (10), the nut (11) and the spacer (12).
Remove the screw (9) and the washer (13).
Remove the compressor with the support (14).
