Manual Extract: Arm cylinder holding valve – Remove
1. Use a wrench [ 22 mm] to remove the lines (1) (2).
• Mark the HBCV and line locations so that the connectors match at the time of installation.
• Use caps or plugs to cover the lines and HBCV to prevent any entry of water, dust or dirt.
• Clean the lines and HBCV by spraying them with a parts cleaner to prevent scratches and prevent dirt from accumulating on the connectors.
2. Use a hexagon wrench [ 10 mm] to remove the 4 hexagon socket head bolts (1), and then remove the line (2) and O-ring (3).
• Use caps or plugs to cover the HBCV and line to prevent any entry of water, dust or dirt.
• Clean the HBCV and line by spraying them with a parts cleaner to prevent scratches and prevent dirt from accumulating on the connectors.
3. Use a hexagon wrench [ 10 mm] to remove the 4 hexagon socket head bolts (1), and then remove the arm HBCV (2) and O-ring (3).
