Manual Extract: Engine cooling system – Remove
Engine cooling system – Remove – Cooling pack 1. See the Engine cooling system – Exploded view Cooling pack (10.400)
2. Park the machine on a level surface.
3. Switch OFF the engine and apply parking brake.
4. Keep a container of suitable capacity below the cooling pack.
5. Loosen the drain nut and drain the coolant.
6. Remove the upper and lower hoses of the radiator.
7. Cover the hose openings.
8. Disconnect the hose (15) from the coolant reservoir and cover the openings.
9. Remove the after-cooler connections and cover the openings.
10. Remove the deflector plates at the sides (4), (8).
11. Connect a suitable lifting device to the cooling pack.
12. Loosen and remove the upper mounting bolts.
13. Loosen and remove the lower mounting bolts.
14. Lift the cooling pack slowly clear of the machine.
