Manual Extract: Troubleshooting Loader lift Cylinder
Move the loader control lever into the Raise position.
Hold the loader control lever in the Raise position until the loader arm stops moving.
Stop the engine.
Put a support in position under the loader bucket to keep the loader arm in position.
Disconnect the hose at the rod end of each lift cylinder.
Put a plug in the hose.
Start and run the engine at full throttle. Move the loader control lever into the Raise position.
Hold the loader control lever in the Raise position and check for leakage from the fitting at the rod end of each lift cylinder.
If there is constant leakage from the fitting, the packing is damaged and repairs must be made.
