When such foreign matter have entered into the engine, they are mixed into the lubricant and promote wear of the lubrication parts in addition to damaging the piston cylinders.\u003cbr\u003eTo eliminate these harmful particles, an air cleaner has been installed.\u003cbr\u003eThe air cleaner which is installed on MF tractors is a dual, dry, cyclone type, and is constructed as shown in the following figure.\u003cbr\u003eThe inner element, 6, is installed as added protection. If outer element should rupture and allow dust to pass through, the inner filter will catch the dust and protect the engine. Do not clean the inner filter.
