Operating priming pump (8), and rotate coupling of injection pump side slightly, then stop coupling at point where fuel flows out from delivery valve holder.\u003cbr\u003e5. Tighten nut (7) in oblong hole of mounting flange of fuel injection pump. * After tightening the nuts, check again that the fuel stops flowing from the delivery valve holder at the point where the pointer is aligned with the line on the crankshaft pulley.\u003cbr\u003e6. Remove delivery valve holder (2), assemble delivery valve (3) and spring (4), then install delivery valve holder (2) again.\u003cbr\u003eDelivery holder: 3.3 ± 0.2 kgm\u003cbr\u003e7.
