Wind nylon sling on housing (3) body. Lift and place the housing with motor (1) section facing\u003cbr\u003edown by crane.\u003cbr\u003eIMPORTANT: For handling of floating seal (4), refer to the section Precautions for Floating Seal Handling on page W1-1-4.\u003cbr\u003e2. Apply enough grease to the O-ring of floating seal (4). Install one half of the floating seal on housing (3) using a wooden spatula or similar tool to guide the seal along the periphery. Install the inner race of roller bearing (5) into the housing by tapping it with a bar and a hammer evenly.\u003cbr\u003eNOTE: Tap the bearing and listen to ring to see ifthe installation of the inner race is completed into housing (3). Lift and place the drum with the cover (46) side facing down by crane. Tap the outer race of roller bearing (5) with a bar and a hammer evenly to install it onto the drum.\u003cbr\u003eNOTE: Tap the bearing and listen to ring to see if the installation of the outer race is completed\u003cbr\u003einto drum (6). IMPORTANT: Apply grease to the O-ring of floating seal (4) on the drum (6) side.\u003cbr\u003e4. Install one half of floating seal (4) on drum (6).\u003cbr\u003e5. Install eyebolts (M14, Pitch 2.0) into the bolt (48) holes (2 places) in drum (6). Lift and place the drum with the cover (46) side facing up by crane. Install the outer race of roller bearing (11) onto the drum by tapping it with a bar and a hammer evenly.\u003cbr\u003eNOTE: Tap the bearing and listen to ring to see if the installation of the outer race is completed\u003cbr\u003einto drum (6). CAUTION: Sprocket (14) weight: 112 kg (250 lb)\u003cbr\u003e6. Install eyebolts (M22, Pitch 2.5) into sprocket (14), then pass nylon sling through. Hoist the sprocket and place it carefully onto drum (6). IMPORTANT: Align the matching marks between sprocket (14) and drum (6). Apply LOCTITE #262 on bolt (12).\u003cbr\u003e7. Install spring washer (13) to each bolts (12) (24 used). Tighten the bolts and install sprocket (14)\u003cbr\u003eonto drum (6).\u003cbr\u003e: 32 mm\u003cbr\u003e: 750 Nm (76.5 kgfm, 550 lbfft)\u003cbr\u003eCAUTION: Drum (6), sprocket (14) and other part weight: 300 kg (660 lb)\u003cbr\u003eIMPORTANT: Align the matching marks made before disassembling. Be sure the clearance all around drum (6) in housing (3) shall be equal. 8. Hoist the drum (6) assembly by crane and put it onto housing (3).\u003cbr\u003e9.
