All parts that are worn or damaged must be replaced. Ball Bearings – Inspect for nicks, burrs, and grooves that may cause binding of the balls or wear on the races. Replace if damaged.\u003cbr\u003ePump Seal – Replace anytime the water pump is disassembled.\u003cbr\u003eBushing (If So Equipped) – Inspect for nicks, grooves, burrs and wear. Bushing inside diameter when installed  .874″ to .875″. Clearance between bushing and shaft .0015″ to .004″.\u003cbr\u003ePump Shaft – Inspect for nicks, grooves and burrs. Shaft diameter at bushing contact point – .8710″ to .8725″.
