This maintenance is important and will help insure maximum tractor performance and prolong the life of the engine.\u003cbr\u003eIMPORTANT The dust cup should be checked daily. The air cleaner should be serviced when the red signal is stationary in the restriction indicator window. The indicator is located beneath the intake manifold on the diesel engine Inset E, and on the carburetor intake tube on the spark ignition engine, Inset G. To reset the indicator after air cleaner servicing, start the engine and press the reset button in, and release. If the clear signal appears, the indicator is functioning properly. If the red signal remains, press the reset button several times.
