Remove grille and drain radiator.\u003cbr\u003e2. Remove lower guard (or cover plate i f equipped with a counterweight).\u003cbr\u003e3. Disconnect oil cooler lines at hose connections.\u003cbr\u003ePlug oil cooler to prevent oil loss and keep machine clean. Plug cooling lines to prevent entry of dirt.\u003cbr\u003e4. Remove bottom radiator support to frame nuts, washers and bolts.\u003cbr\u003e5. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.\u003cbr\u003e6. Remove a i r cleaner intake tube i f so equipped.\u003cbr\u003e7. Remove the rear mounting bolt on each side of shroud.\u003cbr\u003e8. Attach chain hoist to shroud. Move shroud forward to clear the fan blades and lift shroud from machine. Set shroud on blocks.\u003cbr\u003e9. Remove nuts and lock washers from studs on bottom of radiator.\u003cbr\u003e10. Remove the radiator mounting strap to shroud nuts, washers and bolts on each side. Then remove radiator f r o m shroud.\u003cbr\u003e11. I f radiator is being sent to a repair shop, use a sharp putty knife and remove the foam rubber baffles f r o m the radiator.\u003cbr\u003eAlso remove the oil cooler.\u003cbr\u003e12. Radiator installation is the reverse of removal.\u003cbr\u003e13. Use a good grade of contact cement according to the manufacturer's instructions and cement baffles to radiator. The baffles must not be left off.\u003cbr\u003e14.
