The thickness must be a minimum of .079 inch (2 mm). The steel discs must be flat and .058 to .060 inch (1.47 to 1.53 mm) thick.\u003cbr\u003e6. Inspect the bearing on the shaft. If the bearing is damaged, remove the bearing. Check the splines and bearing surfaces of the shaft. Use an new shaft as necessary.\u003cbr\u003e7.
